This OEM is a premier builder of service truck equipment.This application called for the replacement of an existing motor that is used to pressurize service truck body cabinets.

The Challenge

The original motors were failing prematurely due to the brush life and electrical wire connections.  To maximize the brush life, and achieve optimum balanced pressurization, the application called for a new motor with extended life design.

• Optimization of the ventilation system life through testing of multiple brush grades.
